A surprising birthday treat

The hotel provided really good service , especially when they facilitated a surprise birthday celebration with flowers, champagne, and chocolates. The breakfast spread was quite good, with a range of options.

The curtains didn't block the morning light effectively was nice. The hotel's location also required crossing busy roads to reach the city center, not ideal.

The setting is amazing and magnificent, adjacent to the outskirts and the city center and lake Sevan, or Gari temple, or Geghart monastry. The restaurant food is fine, and the breakfast offered is incredible with spaghetti, dear stuff plus eastern coffee.

The hotel interior is modern and visually appealing. The noisy air conditioning made my stay less enjoyable.

It has great and absolutely perfect position in front of a flea market which is supposed to be attracting many tourists.

Compact rooms with extremely comfy beds and wake-up service. Comfortable decor throughout and competent and hospitable staff at the reception desk. Wonderful, favourable location in the good area.

The seasonal salads were out of this world, bursting with fresh flavors! Plus, the breakfast buffet was a standout, with made-to-order eggs and good local preserves. The clean and spacious vibe of the room.

Couple's lovely escape

The room I had was clean with a huge window and a nice view. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, they had these amazing local mulberry and cherry preserves that I just couldn't get enough of.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it's fine, you get what you pay for.

As much as I wanted to leave a glowing review, I was utterly disappointed. The jacuzzi was freezing, the sauna too cool, and housekeeping was downright atrocious. I expected more-like perhaps an upgrade for my troubles? Just because I got a 'standard' room doesn't mean I should get treated like one!

Loved the location near the Vernissage market, perfect for souvenir shopping. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread with fresh ingredients and the choice of eggs made to order. The local mulberry and cherry preserves were a good touch. The staff was attentive, especially the reception, who helped with parking. The restaurant got busy, leading to long wait times for service. Night noise from a nearby nightclub made it hard to sleep in certain rooms. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately. Staff uniforms looked worn out, which feels minor but highlights a need for attention to details. The hotel is pretty designed but needs to improve service efficiency and guest comfort.

There's a refreshing indoor pool that was not crowded.

My wife says that more towels for families would be great.

The staff was particularly attentive, especially Grisha, who ensured the buffet was constantly replenished and looked after all guests' needs!

Mixed Feelings with Room for Improvement

While the hotel has potential, my experience was marred by noise and inattentive service. Check-in was chaotic, and my first room had persistent issues. For future guests, ensure you request a quiet room upon arrival to avoid disruptive sounds. Enhanced staff training could elevate this stay.
